The Misch Crag is a 2590 m high rock outcrop in the north of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . On the west side of the Daniels Range in the Usarp Mountains, it rises 1.5 km northeast of Forsythe Bluff .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1963. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1986 after the geologist Hans Peter Misch (1909–1987) from the university , who came from Germany of Washington , who was instrumental in training numerous geologists for use in Antarctica .
