Mitch Mullany

Mitch Mullany (born September 20, 1968 in Oakland , California - † May 25, 2008 in Los Angeles , California) was an American stand-up comedian and actor .

Life

At the age of 19, Mitch Mullany began his career as a stand-up comedian. First he romped through the clubs in Oakland. After moving to San Francisco , he appeared on various television shows such as MTV's Half Hour Comedy Show , Evening at the Improv and Showtime at the Apollo . He spent five years traveling through the United States with a new program. He made his television debut in the 1995 Christmas episode of Real Super, Mr. Cooper . He then appeared on four episodes of the Wayans Bros. Show . There he played White Mike , a white neighbor who really wanted to go "black".

So he got the opportunity to do his own show Nick Freno: Licensed Teacher on The WB . The series ran for two seasons (1996-1998) with a total of 43 episodes.

The 1999 film The Breaks was released by Artisan Entertainment . Mullany wrote the script and also participated in the film . Directed by Eric Meza. In 2002 he had a supporting role in sweet and super super sexy , after which he joined as moderator of ABC - reality TV series All American Girl to.

In 2008, Mullany died of a diabetes-related stroke .
