Mitsudomoe ( Japanese み つ ど も え ) is a series of gag manga written and drawn by Norio Sakurai . The series was first published in 2006 in the magazine Shūkan Shōnen Champion and since 2012 in the Bessatsu Shōnen Champion . In 2010 and 2011, the manga was adapted under Studio Bridge as an anime television series.

action

The action is initiated by the introduction of the new teacher Satoshi Yabe ( 矢 部 智 , Yabe Satoshi ). Still completely inexperienced, he tries to bring the children in his class under control, but he is not really able to succeed. In particular, the triplets Mitsuba Marui ( 丸 井 み つ ば , Marui Mitsuba ), Futaba Marui ( 丸 井 ふ た ば , Marui Futaba ) and Hitoha Marui ( 丸 井 ひ と は , Marui Hitoha ) become a great challenge for him. After all, the girls are anything but good primary school pupils, but are constantly driven by perverted thoughts. However, they each have a very different personality. The eldest, Mitsuba, is of average intelligence and strength compared to her sisters, and is described as a "somewhat precocious sadistic girl" ( 「ち ょ っ と お ま せ な サ ド ガ ー ル」 , chotto omase na sado gāru ). Futaba as a "somewhat lascivious muscle girl" ( 「ち ょ っ と ス ケ ベ マ ッ ス ル ガ ー ル」 , chotto sukebe massuru gāru ) lacks intelligence in comparison and is consistently at a loss as to how to deal with certain situations, which often ends in the use of sheer violence. In addition, she is portrayed as being overly interested in large breasts. At the other end of the spectrum is the youngest sister, the well-read, reserved, and intelligent Hitoha, who is described as "a somewhat mysterious, dark girl" ( 「ち ょ っ と 不 思議 な な 暗 ガ ー ル」 , chotto fushigi na an gāru ). But she, too, is driven by perverted thoughts and spends most of her time reading indecent stories, and skillfully uses the opportunities available to her as a minor, for example to blackmail her teacher. In class, she sincerely takes care of a hamster, which they named Chikubi ( チ ク ビ , English “nipple” or “ nipple ”) because the end of its tail feels like it. Meanwhile, the father of the triplets is believed by all outsiders to be a criminal lolicon because of his tall, fat stature and unkempt appearance . He is always taken away by the police as a running gag, even though they are his own children. While Futaba loves her father, Hitoha takes a more neutral position. Mitsuba does not miss any opportunity to expose him.

While Satoshi tries to defend himself against his class, a love affair is developing between him and his glasses-wearing colleague Aiko Kuriyama ( 栗 山 愛 子 , Kuriyama Aiko ). However, both of them repeatedly get into misunderstandings that are triggered by the three students. Aiko thinks Satoshi is perverted again and again, although he is not to blame for it. The fact that she keeps losing her glasses usually makes the situation worse.
