Mohammed ben Ahmed Abdelghani ( Arabic محمد بن أحمد عبد الغني, DMG Muḥammad b. Aḥmad ʿAbd al-Ġanī ; * March 18, 1927 ; † September 22, 1996 ) was an Algerian politician. From March 8, 1979 to January 22, 1984 he was Prime Minister of Algeria under President Chadli Bendjedid .

Mohammed ben Ahmed Abdelghani was the first Prime Minister of Algeria since 1963.
