The Momagebirge ( Russian Момский хребет , Wiss. Transliteration Momskij Chrebet , Yakut сиһэ Муома , Muoma sihe ) is one to 2533 m high mountains of eastern Siberia highlands in the Russian Republic Sacha (Jakutien) in Northeast Siberia .
To the north and south of the Arctic Circle , the high mountains border in the north on the Jana-Indigirka lowlands (western part of the East Siberian lowlands ). In the east it goes over the valley of the Kolyma into the Jukagiren plateau . In the south and west the mountains are surrounded by the Moma and Indigirka rivers . Beyond the Moma, the Tscherski Mountains join in the south .
The almost 350 km long high mountains lie between the catchment areas of the Indigirka and the Kolyma, both of which flow into the Arctic Ocean . The Badjaricha and Oschogina rivers drain the mountains to the north.
