Momentum One Day Cup 2012/13
The Momentum One Day Cup 2012/13 was the 32nd National List-A cricket - Cup in South Africa . The competition was held between November 2, 2012 and December 15, 2012 between the six South African first-class franchises. The final was canceled twice due to bad weather and the two finalists Highveld Lions and Cape Cobras were declared shared winners of the competition.
format
The six teams played in a group twice against each other team. There are four points for a win, two for a draw or no result and no point for a loss. A bonus point is awarded if, with a sense of purpose, one's own run number exceeds that of the opponent by 1.25 times. Furthermore, it is possible that teams are deducted points if, for example, they play too slowly. The first in the group qualifies directly for the final, while the second and third in the group play a semi-final.
