Mona Kloos

Mona Kloos (* 1983 in Bergisch Gladbach ) is a German actress .

Life

After a private dance training in Leverkusen and Cologne , she completed her acting training at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen from 2006 to 2010 . During her studies she was an actress at the Schauspielhaus Bochum , Grillo-Theater Essen , Theater Aalen and the Wuppertal theaters . At the same time , in 2009 she choreographed the “temporary bolero” together with Suheyla Ferwer on behalf of LAG Tanz NRW in the prison in Cologne Ossendorf .

Also in 2009 Mona Kloos was awarded the Federal Ministry's young talent award for her role as Inés in Sartre's “Closed Society” at the Theatertreffen German drama students in Zurich .

From 2010 to 2015 she was part of the ensemble of the Konzerttheater Bern , where she played a. a. Ophelia in "Hamlet", Lily Link in "Trilogy of Dreamers", Isabella in "Maß für Maß", Regan in "King Lear" and Andromaché and King Priam in "The Iliad". She was also seen as a dancer in interdisciplinary productions.

She has lived in Cologne and Berlin since 2015 and worked a. a. at the Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus and at the Staatstheater Darmstadt and played in the Arte - ZDF production "A child is wanted" directed by Urs Egger and in the Dortmund ARD Tatort " Zorn " (AT) directed by Andreas Herzog .

Mona Kloos is represented by the agency Volker Störzel, Bochum.
