The Moson Danube or Little Danube ( Hungarian : Mosoni Duna [ ˈmoʃoni ˈdunɒ ]) is a river in Hungary .

The Moson-Danube is a branch of the Danube in Hungary. It branches off to the south from the Danube at the Slovak weir Čunovo , meanders to Győr , where the Raab flows. The Moson-Danube itself flows into the main river northeast of Győr. The place Vének lies at the mouth .

The name "Moson-Danube"

The tributary of the Danube owes the name "Moson-Danube" to the town of Mosonmagyaróvár in Győr-Moson-Sopron County , which lies on its right bank.
