Mostostal Warszawa is a Polish construction company based in Warsaw . The group is generally construction and in building construction and civil engineering business. The company is a public limited company and has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1993 .
history
The company was formed as part of the Mostostal Association in 1951 with its headquarters in Warsaw. 1973 began with construction projects outside Poland. The company was privatized in 1991 and floated on the stock exchange in 1993. In 1994 the Mostostal Warszawa group of companies was formed. In 1999 the Spanish Acciona acquired the majority in the company.
