Mount Corbató is a 1730 m high mountain in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . On the Amundsen coast , which adjoins the Ross Ice Shelf to the south, it rises 7 km east of Mount Fairweather in the Duncan Mountains .
Geologists from Ohio State University explored it on January 13, 1975 as part of the United States Antarctic Research Program . The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him after Charles E. Corbató, who belonged to this group.
