Mount Havener is a 2800 m high mountain in the west Antarctic Ellsworthland . In the Sentinel Range of the Ellsworth Mountains, it rises directly at the head of the Guerrero Glacier . He belongs to the Doyran Heights .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it on the basis of its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy between 1957 and 1959. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1961 after Melvin Charles Havener (* 1936) of the US Navy, who worked as a technician on the 1957 South Pole Station was active.
