Mount Manger is a snowy mountain in Marie Byrd Land, West Antarctica . It rises 5 km northwest of Mount Josephine in the Alexandra Mountains on the Edward VII Peninsula .
Participants in the first Antarctic expedition (1928–1930) by the US polar explorer Richard Evelyn Byrd made aerial photographs of the mountain and roughly mapped it. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1970 on Byrd's suggestion after the American farmer William Manger (1865-1928), whose family owned a hotel chain in which Byrd's expedition offices and accommodation were made available.
