The Mount Washington is a small mountain in the US state of Washington east-southeast of, about 30 mi (48 km) Seattle on the Interstate 90 located. It lies on the western edge of the Cascade Range just above the coastal plains on Puget Sound and southeast of the town of North Bend .
Once called Profile Mountain, Mount Washington was renamed after a cliff that looks like a profile of George Washington when viewed from a certain angle.
The hike to the top of Mt Washington is known for its views. The Cedar Butte is at the west end of the mountain.
