The Rattlesnake Ridge (also Rattlesnake Ledge or Rattlesnake Mountain ) is a mountain ridge south of North Bend in King County in Washington State . The west end is near the intersection of Washington State Route 18 and Interstate 90 in Snoqualmie . The massif runs southeast for about 7 mi (11 km) (or 11 mi (18 km) over paths). It is the highest and most easterly of the Issaquah Alps (although the Cedar Butte in the gap between the Rattlesnake Ridge and the front of the cascades on Mount Washington by Harvey Manning for a "quasi-Alp" ["alp" = English "for high mountain “] Is held). An intricate maze of abandoned forestry lanes and developed trails has been lined up to create a 10.5 mi (16.9 km) hiking trail from the Snoqualmie Point trailhead (the entry point) at Exit 27 of Interstate 90 to the entry point at Rattlesnake Lake near the exit 32 to create.

There are several options for recreation, including hiking and rock climbing

Most of the mountain is owned by Washington State or King County and is jointly managed as the Rattlesnake Mountain Scenic Area by the Washington State Department of Natural Resources and the King County Park and Recreation Department . The eastern part of the mountain, including the ledges, is owned by the Seattle Public Utilities , while much of the western part is owned by the Weyerhaeuser Corporation, which does significant logging there.
