Mukono is a city in Uganda . It is located in the central region of the country, about 15 kilometers east of the capital Kampala , a few kilometers north of Lake Victoria and has 53,608 inhabitants (2010 estimate). It is the capital of the Mukono district of the same name . The city is the seat of the Uganda Christian University and the Mukono Diocese of the Anglican Church of the Province of Uganda .
There are trunk road connections to Kampala, Kayunga and to Njeru and Jinja .

Ggulu - Nsuube - Namumira - Ntaawo.
