Munmun Timothy Lugun

Munmun Timothy Lugun (born May 5, 1993 in Delhi ) is an Indian soccer player. He is usually used as a left defender.

Private life

Lugun comes from a family with relatively limited resources, but was always supported by her. He cites a possible reason that his father, who is a member of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), was active as a hockey player himself at the time.

Career

In 2010 Lugun attended the New Delhi CRPF Public School and was the captain of the regional selection from Delhi, which took part in the junior competition for “Dr. BC Roy Trophy ”. In the senior sector, he started out for the Simla Youngs from Delhi before moving to United Sikkim , an association from Gangtok in the state of Sikkim . There he helped the team from the I-League 2nd Division to qualify as champions for the I-League , the highest Indian division alongside the Indian Super League (ISL). For United Sikkim he played 24 of 26 games from the start and over the full distance in his debut season - he made his debut on October 6, 2012 in a 3-2 win against Salgaocar FC - and was on the bench in two games, which ultimately led to 2,160 minutes of use.

This was followed by a season at Rangdajied United FC in the 2013/2014 season , where he played 17 games from the start and one as a substitute. As a result, and also because of the eight substitutions, his total playing time fell to 1,391 minutes.

He then moved to Delhi Dynamos FC , a soccer franchise of the Indian Super League from New Delhi , in 2014 . In the first draft block he was a. a. pulled alongside players such as Indian international Francis Fernandes and Robert Lalthamuana . He played a full 90-minute game and was on the bench five times. In the same year he moved to Pune FC , where he played ten games in the 2014/2015 season - seven times on the starting line-up and three times as a substitute.

2016 was followed by a relatively uneventful interlude for Lugun at Mumbai City FC , another ISL franchise: He was twice on the bench and never received a minute. He then stayed in the city and played for Mumbai FC in the I-League in 2017 , where he played nine times as a starting player (with a substitution) and stood on the pitch for 767 minutes.

He then returned to the Delhi Dynamos for the 2017/2018 season. There he also made nine appearances (including one substitution) with two substitutions during the season, which meant 657 minutes played in the end.
