Musa Khan

Musa Khan (* after 1859; † 1880 ) was interim emir of Afghanistan from December 1879 to March 1880 .

In October 1879, Emir Mohammed Yakub Khan abdicated after an uprising that led to the re-British occupation of Kabul after the murder of the British envoy Louis Cavagnari . He was followed on December 24, 1879 by his son Musa Khan, who was replaced by his brother Mohammed Ayub Khan in March 1880 .
