The Musi ( Telugu : మూసీ , Mūsī ) is a left tributary of the Krishna in the southern Indian state of Telangana .

It rises in the Anantagiri Mountains near Vikharabad in the Rangareddy district and flows into the Krishna near Wazirabad in the Nalgonda district . In between, the Musi flows through the city of Hyderabad and divides the city into the historic old town and the new town.
