Muslim Gamsatowitsch Gadschimagomedow ( Russian Муслим Гамзатович Гаджимагомедов , English Muslim Gamsatovitch Gadzhimagomedov * 14. January 1997 ) is a Russian boxer in the heavyweight division .

successes

Muslim Gadschimagomedow became Russian youth champion in 2015 and won the European youth championships in Poland . In 2016 he won the Russian Elite Championships by beating Pawel Siljagin in the final and took part in the 2017 U22 European Championships in Romania , where he was eliminated in the final with 2: 3 against Andrei Arădoaie.

At the 2017 European Championships in Ukraine, he lost 5-0 in the final against Joe Ward . He was then qualified for the 2017 World Championships in Hamburg , where he lost to Bektemir Meliqoʻziyev in the round of 16 .

He won the gold medal at the 2018 Russian Championships, the 2018 U22 European Championships in Romania and the 2019 European Games in Belarus . He also won gold at the 2019 World Championships in Yekaterinburg .
