Mysto & Pizzi

Mysto & Pizzi is an American producer and remixer duo consisting of the two DJs Marc Joseph and Yaroslav Vynnytsky. In 2016 they founded Project Orijins .

Music career

Marc Joseph (* 1990 ) and Yaroslav Vynnytsky (* 1989 ) played in several clubs in their hometown of New York in the Queens district until they founded the Mysto & Pizzi project in 2005 . They first attracted attention with the production of R. Kelly's album Double Up , which made it to the top of the album charts in the USA. For this album they received a platinum record . They then produced the track Love by Kelly Rowland , which can be found on the album Ms. Kelly .

Aside from their career as producers, the duo also have great online success with their video blog (www.mystoandpizzi.com). There they upload videos of live performances in their studio. With 37 million clicks on one of their videos, they were able to reach the top of the YouTube music charts. Her songs are also often used for commercials, films, or other TV appearances. An example of this is the remake of the 80s hit Somebody's Watching Me by Rockwell , which was produced and published for the car insurance company Geico and served as background music for an advertisement. In addition to this remake, the two DJs also released two of their own singles, which are called Hymn and Where Is the Love (Love Is Hard to Find) . They recorded Where Is Love (Love Is Hard to Find) with Jonny Rose.

Mysto & Pizzi has been making an appearance since 2007, especially through remixes. There are also artists like Justin Timberlake ( What Goes Around ... Comes Around ), DJ Antoine ( Sunlight & This Time ) or Beyoncé ( Halo ). With their remix to EDX and John Williams' song Give It Up for Love , they reached number 2 on the Beatport Top 100 and number 1 on the house charts.

In October 2016 they founded the Orijins project , to which they have given priority from now on.
