Joseph N'singa Udjuu Ongwabeki Untubu (born October 29, 1934 in Banningville , Belgian Congo ) is a former Zairean politician of the People's Revolutionary Movement MPR ( Mouvement Populaire de la Révolution ) , who was Prime Minister of Zaire between 1981 and 1982 as First State Commissioner was.

Life

N'singa became Minister of Justice in the government of President Mobutu Sese Seko in 1966 and held this ministerial office until 1969. He joined the People's Revolutionary Movement MPR ( Mouvement Populaire de la Révolution ) founded by Mobutu on April 17, 1967 and was Minister of the Interior between 1969 and 1970 .

As the successor to Nguza Karl-I-Bond , he became First State Commissioner (Premier commissaire d'État) and thus Prime Minister of Zaire on April 23, 1981 . He held this post until November 5, 1982 and was then replaced by Kengo Wa Dondo . In 1986 he was reappointed Minister of Justice by President Mobutu and held this office until 1990 in the governments of Mabi Mulumba , Sambwa Pida Nbagui and in the second government of Kengo Wa Dondo. In the third government of Kengo Wa Dondo, he was again Minister of Justice from 1996 to 1997.
