NRFB (stands for Nuclear Raped Fuck Bomb ) is a Hamburg electro- punk band formed by Jens Rachut and actress Lisa Hagmeister , which acts as an all-star band.
Band history
NRFB was founded in 2011 parallel to the last publications of Kommando Sonne-nmilch . The original line-up included Jens Rachut and Lisa Hagmeister , who share the vocals, guitarist and bassist Thomas Wenzel ( Die Sterne and Die Goldenen Zitronen ), drummer Mense Reents (Goldene Zitronen) and guitarist Frank Norman Stubbs ( Leatherface ). Together they released the EP Nuclear Raped Fuck Bomb on the major label in 2011 . The EP became “CD of the Week” in the Frankfurter Allgemeine .
The debut album Trüffelbürste followed in 2013. It was recorded with a total of three drummers. In addition to Reents, these are Armin Nagel (also with Kurt and Grandma Hans ) and Jakobus Durstewitz ( JaKönigJa ). The rest of the cast also changed. Thus came keyboardist Rebecca Oehms (also Old Sow ) to group it and Stubbs got out. The band performed at the Fusion Festival in 2013 .
Music genre
NRFB's band name should “shock” after Rachut. It should be the worst and harshest English words there is and that sound together in rhythm ”. Stylistically it is a mixture of punk and electronic music . In addition, the band relies on the alternating vocals between Rachut and Hagmeister.
