The group NT plus , also under the retail sales brand teleprofi was known, claims to be the largest German telecommunications - Distributor . Sales in 2010 amounted to 224.56 million euros (only NT plus GmbH as the largest single company), the number of employees averaged 255 over the year. Sales were carried out via 12,000 listed specialist dealers (5,500 of them regularly buying).
Since November 1, 2010, NT Plus has merged with Actebis .
history
The company emerged from Nintemann Telecom GmbH, founded in 1990 by Bene and Jan Nintemann. In 1997 it was renamed NT plus. Since 1999 the company has operated as a stock corporation . Since the merger with Phonet Telecom GmbH in 2005, Axel Grellhorst was on the board, until he was replaced by Volkerhabenberg in April 2008. From November 5, 2007, the shareholder was the investment company Arques Industries , which converted NT plus AG into a GmbH in April 2008. Since January 1, 2008, NT plus has been part of the Soest-based Actebis group. The latter was sold to Droege Capital GmbH on August 4, 2008 .
On November 1, 2010, the operative business area of NT Plus GmbH was integrated into Actebis Peacock GmbH (today ALSO Deutschland GmbH ).
Since the merger of Actebis Peacock GmbH with ALSO Holding AG on February 9, 2011, NT Plus has belonged to Also-Actebis Holding .

NT plus is based in Osnabrück . The logistics center was in Staufenberg near Kassel. Subsidiaries of the group leader NT plus were:

Products
The portfolio included about 10,000 products from 120 manufacturers and network operators, particularly in the fields of network marketing, mobile communications, fixed network - devices , office equipment , navigation systems / Car infotainment systems , telecommunications systems , IT and PMR . In addition, the group and its subsidiaries offered services in the areas of network marketing, project support, financial services , marketing , service / repairs, support , logistics , e-business , procurement and fulfillment .
