The Nasym ( Russian Назым ) is a right tributary of the Ob in western Siberia .
The Nasym rises on the Siberian ridge in the autonomous district of the Khanty and Mansi / Ugra . It flows south through the West Siberian lowlands and flows 422 km north of the city of Khanty-Mansiysk into the west flowing Ob. The Nasym drains an area of 15,200 km². The river is ice-free between late April / early May and October. The mean discharge (MQ) 36 km above the mouth is 87 m³ / s.
