Natalia Maliszewska (born September 16, 1995 in Białystok ) is a Polish short tracker .

Career

Maliszewska made his World Cup debut in October 2012 in Calgary . There she took 33rd place over 1500 m and 29th place over 500 m. At the 2013 European Championships in Malmö , she won the bronze medal with the relay over 3000 m. In the 2014/15 season she finished ninth at the World Cup in Montreal and seventh at the World Cup in Shanghai, each over 500 m , achieving her first top ten placements in the World Cup. At the beginning of the 2015/16 season in Montreal she came on the podium for the first time in the World Cup with second place over 500 m. Two fourth places each over 500 m followed in the season and thus achieved sixth place in the World Cup over 500 m. At the European Championships in Sochi in 2016 , she took 21st place in the all-around competition and 11th place with the relay. In the 2016/17 season she took third place over 500 m in the World Cup in Shanghai and Gangneung . At the 2017 European Championships in Turin , she came 20th in the all-around competition and sixth in the relay. Her best result at the 2017 World Championships in Rotterdam was eighth over 500 m. The following season, she came 11th over 500m at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang and won the silver medal over 500m at the 2018 World Championships in Montreal. In the all-around competition she was sixth there. The following season she won the 500 m World Cup with two third, one second and two first places. At the European Championships in Dordrecht in January 2019 , she won the gold medal over 500 m and came fourth in the all-around competition. In the 2019/20 season she took third place in Montreal over 500 m and in Dordrecht over 1000 m and finished sixth in the 500 m World Cup at the end of the season. At the European Championships 2020 in Debrecen , she won the bronze medal over 500 m.
