Landenbecker Klippe nature reserve

The nature reserve Landenbecker Klippe with a size of 3.0 hectares is located south of Landenbeck in the municipality of Eslohe . The area was designated as a nature reserve (NSG) by the Hochsauerlandkreis in 2008 with the Eslohe landscape plan .

Area description

Old European beech population with rocks up to 8 m high. The big rocks are rich in moss.

Protection purpose

Protection of beech trees with great structural diversity. Securing the historic ravine.
