Am Eimberg nature reserve

The nature reserve Am Eimberg with a size of 4 hectares is located northwest of Wenholthausen in the municipality of Eslohe . The area was designated as a nature reserve (NSG) by the Hochsauerlandkreis in 2008 with the Eslohe landscape plan .

Area description

The area includes alder forest with spring horizons , oak - hornbeam forest and grassland .

Protection purpose

The purpose of the protection is to protect a forest with great structural diversity.
