Nature reserve Feuchtwald Landenbeck

The nature reserve Feuchtwald Landenbeck with a size of 1 hectare is located south of Landenbeck in the municipality of Eslohe . The area was designated as a nature reserve (NSG) by the Hochsauerlandkreis in 2008 with the Eslohe landscape plan .

Area description

The area includes a deciduous forest on a moist location. There are seepage springs and a spring stream . In the adjacent forest, which is part of the nature reserve, there are some very old beeches and oaks .

Protection purpose

The purpose of protection is the protection of the forest stand with its great structural diversity.
