Naumče Mojsovski ( Macedonian Наумче Мојсовски ; born June 17, 1980 in Struga , SR Macedonia , SFR Yugoslavia ) is a Macedonian handball player . Mojsovski is mostly used in the center back position.
Career
society
The 1.87 m tall and 92 kg heavy right-handed player began playing handball in his hometown at RK Struga. In 2000 he moved to RK Pelister Bitola , with whom he reached the final in the EHF Challenge Cup 2001/02, but was defeated by the Danish Skjern Håndbold . In 2003 he moved to RK Jug-Zegin Skopje, but returned in October. In 2005 he became Macedonian champion and cup winner. For the 2005/06 season he joined RK Vardar Skopje . In the 2006/07 EHF European Cup Winners' Cup, he reached the quarter-finals. With Vardar he won the championship and the cup in 2007. Then he dared to step into the Spanish league ASOBAL to CB Ciudad de Logroño , but returned after a season and again secured the title.
Since 2009 he has been playing for city rivals RK Metalurg Skopje . With Metalurg he won the championship in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2014 as well as the cup in 2010, 2011 and 2013. In the SEHA league he was defeated in the 2011/12 finals by his ex-club Vardar, and again in the semifinals in 2012/13. In the EHF Champions League 2012/13 he was eliminated in the quarter-finals against KS Kielce and after 2011/12 was again one of the top ten goalscorers with 77 goals in fourth place. In 2013/14 he qualified for the quarter-finals.
National team
Naumče Mojsovski is part of the Macedonian national team . At the 2009 World Cup , he reached eleventh place, fifth at the 2012 European Championship and 22nd place at the 2013 World Cup . So far he has played over 130 international matches in which he scored 148 goals. (As of February 21, 2014)
