The Ndrova Islands , also known as Dover Islets, are a small Pacific island group of Papua New Guinea in the archipelago of the Admiralty Islands .
The group is located about 3 km off the southeast coast of the island of Manus and consists of the two islands Big Ndrova Island and Little Ndrova Island , which are bordered by a common coral reef .
