The country house stands along with the outbuildings and fence under monument protection . The style of the main house is somewhere between late classicism and Italian renaissance . The almost square, two-storey building has a jamb with small, transverse windows and a flat, flattened hipped roof , the roof platform of which was originally secured by a grid. The main view is directed south to the garden, where the building plinth forms a basement level due to the slope of the terrain , the street view is the narrower side of the house. The main view consists of three window axes, each of which is made up of twin coupling windows. The middle upper floor window shows a triangular gable roofing as well as a pilaster structure . In front of the window there is a balcony with a decorative grille on consoles. The entrance to the building is on the north side of the courtyard through a porch. The plastered facades have now been simplified, originally they consisted of plaster blocks on both floors along with cornices. The windows are garment edged.

The country house originally had a terrace with a balustrade facing the garden and a flight of stairs directly into the garden. The garden in front of it, which originally stretched to Meißner Straße, is now separated from the buildings on the right, Villa Paradiesstraße 3 and Villa Glückauf , and transformed into a public sculpture park between the Landesbühnen on the left and the Lößnitzbach on the right.

The three outbuildings with a gable roof are each single storey. They are grouped around the courtyard on the north side, with the west side remaining open to Schuchstrasse. Originally the outbuildings were connected by a covered walkway, and the outbuilding next to the main house had a hall open to the garden.

history

The Serkowitz master builder Moritz Ziller applied in 1867 to be allowed to build a stately residential building in the street, which was still called Weintraubenstrasse, along with a stable, coach house and a woodshed. The shell revision took place in March 1868, the approval for use lasted until January 1869.

There is a memo from August 1933 that the property has been vacant for three years and is in poor condition. After the acquisition by the Nürnberger Vereinsbank in December of that year, the very large property was later parceled out. The Reich Labor Service owned the property in 1936. He had an economic and accommodation barrack built, at the same time he also used the villa for his own purposes. In 1940 five smaller work barracks were set up in the open spaces in the north.
