Neferkare II , also Nefer-ka-Re , was an ancient Egyptian king ( pharaoh ) of the 8th Dynasty ( First Intermediate Period ).

Domination

It is documented in the list of kings in the Seti I temple in Abydos , No. 42. Jürgen von Beckerath , however, suspects a prescription for “ Wadj-Ka-Re ”.

Remarks

In Thomas Schneider's Lexicon of Pharaohs , on the one hand, Neferkare II is described as a prescription for Wadj-Ka-Re (Jürgen von Beckerath), on the other hand, Neferirkare II.

The alternating time-missing-time presence of certain name elements is due to material damage in the papyrus.
