The Nejdecký potok (also Rodišovka , German Rodisbach ) is a right tributary of the Rolava ( Rohlau ) in Nejdek , Karlovy Vary Region , Czech Republic .

Location and course

The brook has two head arms of about the same length at around 650  m nm , both of which flow off as a meadow brook with a slight gradient to the east. The northern arm of the spring arises in a depression on the so-called Heierfriedlwiese south of the road that connects Nejdek with Kraslice . On historical maps, such as the Franziszeischen Cadastre , or in a local history description of the Rodisbach, this section is the main spring arm. The source arm to the south, which is referred to as the horse stream in the Franziszeischen cadastre , rises in the Šindelový les ( Schindelwald ). According to today's official maps, it is the main source of the Nejdecký potok / Rodišovka.

After about 1.5 km, where the Gasthaus "Tief Lohe" used to be, both unite. Shortly thereafter, the Nejdecký potok is dammed by the Lesík reservoir. Then he is still flowing through the former "water city" of Neudeker district Bernov ( Bernau ) is again in Nejdek by rybník Bernovský jammed and finally flows, piped the final piece in the Rolava.
