It is located in the historic Quedlinburg Neustadt on the southeast corner of the Neustädter Kirchhof and is listed in the Quedlinburg Monument Register as a residential building. It is located in a corner and at the same time represents the northern development of a small square into which the Neustädter Kirchhof and the streets of the convent and chaplaincy flow.
Architecture and history
The three - story half - timbered house clearly towers above the surrounding buildings. It was created around 1700. As decorative elements, there are profiled infill wood and pyramid beam heads on the facade . The building was renewed in the 19th century.
At the beginning of the 21st century the house was in need of renovation, which was then carried out.
