The house Neustädter Kirchhof 15 is a Grade II listed building in the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt on the south side of the Neustädter Kirchhof. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is listed as a residential building in the Quedlinburg Register of Monuments . To the east of the house runs an alley to Kaplanei Street to the south.
Architecture and history
The two-storey half - timbered house was built around 1500. The floor sleeper is provided with a longitudinal profile and its design is similar to the floor sleeper on the house at Schmale Straße 30 . On the beam heads there are decorations with pear sticks . The ground floor was renovated around 1900. The frames of the windows and door were redesigned in Art Nouveau forms .
