Nicholas Dante
Nicholas Dante (born November 22, 1941 in New York City , † May 21, 1991 ibid ) was an American dancer and musical writer.
Life
As a dancer, Dante began his professional career with the choir of Broadway musicals such as Applause and Ambassador in New York City. From 1974 he was a dancer in musical sessions . Dante wrote with James Kirkwood Jr. , the musical A Chorus Line . He also wrote the screenplay for Fake Lady and a stage musical based on the life of entertainer Al Jolson entitled Jolson Tonight . Dante died of complications from AIDS .
