Nickel dibutyldithiocarbamate is a chemical compound from the class of dithiocarbamates , which is used as a vulcanization accelerator and UV stabilizer or antiozonant for rubber . It converts hydroperoxides into non-radicals at high temperatures .

Nickel dibutyl dithiocarbamate can be obtained by reacting sodium dibutyl dithiocarbamate with a nickel salt.
