Nico Tippelt (born April 25, 1967 in Zwickau ) is a German politician ( FDP ). From 2009 to 2014 he was a member of the Saxon State Parliament .

Life

From 1983 to 1986, Tippelt completed vocational training with a high school diploma (gas and heating network fitter). He then studied at the Academy of Music in Dresden Piano Jazz / rock / pop and early music education and graduated there with Konzertexamen as a graduate music teacher from. Since his studies, he is at the music school Clara Wieck of the county Zwickau operates. At the same time he appears with the band Casablanca . In 2005 he completed further training as a specialist in marketing and sales ( VWA ) .

politics

Tippelt has been a member of the FDP since 2001. He is chairman of the Glauchau local association and a member of the state board. From 2004 to 2008 he was a member of the Chemnitzer Land district assembly and has been a city councilor in Glauchau since 2004. In the state elections in 2009 , Tippelt moved into the Saxon state parliament via the FDP state list . In his parliamentary group he is the spokesman for universities, science and culture. He was a direct candidate for his party in the constituency of Zwickauer Land 2 . Since 2012 he has been chairman of the FDP district association in Zwickau. When the FDP left the state parliament in the state elections in Saxony in 2014 , he lost his mandate .
