Nicola Tumolero (born September 24, 1994 ) is an Italian speed skater .

Career

Tumolero had his first international success at the Junior World Championships 2013 in Klobenstein . There he won the gold medal in the team pursuit. In November 2014, he started in Obihiro for the first time in the Speed ​​Skating World Cup and finished 12th in the 5000m in Division B, ninth in the mass start and seventh in the team pursuit. At the 2015 World Single Distance Championships in Heerenveen , he achieved fifth place in the team pursuit. The following year he came at the individual distance world championships in Kolomna to 11th place in the mass start and fourth in the team pursuit. In December 2016 he achieved his first podium finish in the World Cup with third place in the team pursuit in Heerenveen.
