Nicolas Ernst Hunziker (born February 23, 1996 in Basel ) is a Swiss football player who is under contract with FC Thun .

Career

At the age of 17, he was described in a sponsor's media report as “perhaps the greatest talent in Switzerland”. Hunziker can be used in various positions, in his first four appearances in the 2015/16 season he played as a right full-back, as a wing, as a 10-man and finally in his learned position as a striker. On September 2, 2016, he was loaned to the Grasshoppers until the end of the 2016/17 season. At the end of the 2016/17 season, Hunziker moved to FC Thun on a free transfer and signed for 3 years.

National team

So far, Hunziker has completed various international junior matches from U-15 to U-21 for Switzerland. He is currently in the squad of the U-21 national team.
