The Niederdreisbacher Hütte was north of Niederdreisbach in the Daadetal in the Altenkirchen district . Was produced Spiegeleisen as in the Neugrünebacher hut .

The hut was founded in 1728. In 1891 the hut was taken over by the trades F. Stauf and H. Ermert from Betzdorf , G. Weiß from Hilchenbach and W. Stauf from Siegen and connected to the Daadetalbahn . It belonged to these trades until 1912, when it was sold to the Lübeck company Possehl . This increased the production of roll cast iron and special pig iron from 600 t to 1400–1500 t. In 1963 the ironworks was shut down. After the shutdown, Herdorfer Friedrichshütte took over the Niederdreisbacher Hütte customer base.
