Niederhausleiten is a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Kematen an der Ybbs in the Amstetten district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 163 building areas with 53,587 m² and 201 gardens on 388,198 m² in the cadastral community Niederhausleiten, in 1989/1990 there were 293 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 488 and in 2009/2010 there were 454 buildings on 926 building areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 651 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 231 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 685 hectares and 202 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 553 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 203 hectares. The average soil climate in Niederhausleiten is 42.8 (as of 2010).
