Nihan Erdiler (born January 2, 1992 ) is a Turkish biathlete .
Nihan Erdiler lives and trains in Sivas . The student started biathlon in 2008 and has been a member of her country's national team ever since. She competes for Sivas Kayak İhtisas Kulübü . She contested her first international races in 2009 in Ridnaun as part of the IBU Cup and reached 70th place in the first individual. In Bansko , she won points in a sprint in 2011 as 22nd in the second highest international racing series for the first time and improved in the following sprint at the same place in 19th place and thus her best placement so far. The first major event was the 2010 Junior World Championships in Torsby . There Erdiler came 72nd in the individual and 78th in the sprint. In the relay race she was 17th. It was followed by the junior races of the European Championships 2010 in Otepää , where the Turkish woman was 49th in the individual and 50th in the sprint. As a lapped runner, she did not finish the pursuit race. In 2012 she first competed in the junior races of the European Championships in Osrblie and finished 43rd in the individual, 51st in the sprint and was lapped in the pursuer. This was followed by the first participation in the 2012 World Championships in Ruhpolding . Erdiler came 114th in the singles and 116th in the sprint.
