Nina Reber (born March 27, 1992 in Miami ) is a Swiss singer . She is the daughter of Peter Reber .

Life

Nina Reber was born during her parents' six-year trip around the world. From this they returned to Switzerland in 1995.

Nina Reber started playing the cello at the age of six . Influenced by her father, singing dialect songs has been one of her preferences since early childhood. Together they recorded the album Winterland in 2004 and achieved platinum status . In 2006 the album "Himel & Ärde" followed, which in addition to dialect songs also contains songs in High German, English and French and in which Nina Reber increasingly took over the lead vocal. The album again reached platinum status.

In 2009 Nina Reber released her first solo album, Myni Schönschtschen Chinderlieder . This contains 40 children's songs sung in dialect . In addition to the studio recordings, Nina Reber also appeared on stage and on television with her father. After graduating from high school in 2011, she also accompanied him on his last Swiss tour.

Nina Reber is a teacher. From 2012 to 2015 she studied at the University of Education in Bern. She is currently training as a curative teacher.
