Ningnan

Location of Ningnan in Sichuan Province.

The Ningnan County ( Chinese 宁南县 , Pinyin Níngnán Xiàn ) is a district of the Liangshan Autonomous District of the Yi in the south of the Chinese province of Sichuan . Its main town is the large community of Pisha (披砂镇). It has an area of 1,667 km² and has 170,000 inhabitants (2002).
