Puge

Location of Puge in Sichuan Province.

Puge ( Chinese 普格县 , Pinyin Pǔgé Xiàn ) is a district of the Liangshan Autonomous District of the Yi in the south of the Chinese province of Sichuan . Its main town is the large community of Puji (普基镇). It has an area of 1,905 km² and has 140,000 inhabitants (2002).
