Yuexi (Liangshan)

Location of Yuexi (pink) county in Sichuan Province.

The circle Yuexi ( Chinese  越西县 , pinyin Yuexi Xiàn ) is a district in the north of the Autonomous Prefecture of Liangshan Yi in the southern Chinese province of Sichuan . Its main town is the large community of Yuecheng (越 城镇). It has an area of ​​2,257 km² and has a population of 270,000 (2004).
