The Jinyang County ( Chinese 金 阳县 , Pinyin Jīnyáng Xiàn ) is a district of the Liangshan Autonomous District of the Yi in the south of the Chinese province of Sichuan . Its main town is the large community of Tiandiba (天地 坝镇). It has an area of 1,587 km² and has a population of 150,000 (2004).

At the community level, the district is made up of four large communities and thirty communities .
