Noël Delaquis
Noël Delaquis OCSO (born December 25, 1934 in Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes ) is the first titular bishop of Gravelbourg .
Life
Noël Delaquis was ordained a priest on June 5, 1958 .
Pope Paul VI appointed him on December 3, 1973 Bishop of Gravelbourg . The Archbishop of Saint-Boniface , Maurice Baudoux , ordained him episcopal on February 3 of the next year ; Co- consecrators were Aimé Décosse , Old Bishop of Gravelbourg, and Michael Cornelius O'Neill , Old Archbishop of Regina .
He resigned from his office on April 10, 1995. After the dissolution of his former diocese, Pope John Paul II appointed him titular bishop of Gravelbourg on November 14, 1998. Delaquis joined the order of the Trappists and made his profession on June 29, 2008 .
