Noah Kiplagat Serem
Noah Kiplagat Serem (* 1976 ) is a Kenyan marathon runner .
In 2004 he finished second in the Ferrara marathon, in 2005 he won the Seville marathon , and in 2006 he was fifth in the Enschede marathon and fourth in the Reims marathon .
In 2007 he finished third at the Maratona d'Europa and won the Maratona d'Italia . He was runner-up in the 2008 Brescia Marathon and the following year in the Maratona di Sant'Antonio . As third of the Dublin Marathon 2009 he achieved his personal best with 2:11:14 h.
